For all lesson plans, the day and time of the lesson is set at the enrollment time and cannot be changed later.
Payments can be made either electronically or via personal check.
[Monthly Package] The number of lessons in a month, and accordingly the monthly fee, depends on the weekday chosen for the lessons and reflects the different number of days in the month and federal holidays.
[Monthly Package] For recurring monthly lesson plans, the fee is due on the first day of the month.
[Full Semester Package] The full semester lesson package must be arranged no later than 3 days before the beginning of the semester, and the enrollment fee is due on the first week of the semester. Any delay in scheduling or payment will result in fallback to regular (monthly) lesson rates for the entire semester.
Lessons will not be scheduled during federal holidays, unless a prior agreement is made and the instructor is available.
The enrollment fee is non-refundable under any circumstances

A lesson is considered as a missed lesson if the student does not show up within the first 10 minutes of the allocated time.
Make-up lesson is not guaranteed for monthly package subscribers and is unlikely to be arranged due to challenging scheduling constraints.
For full semester package members, two make-up lesson is guaranteed.
Additional make-up lessons will not be provided under any circumstances.
The single make-up lesson will be only provided for a missed lesson with at least 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations are not eligible for make-up lessons.
Make-up lessons will be delivered in the online format only.
School field trips, birthday parties, sleep overs, sports game attendances, and similar events and activities that coincide with the piano lessons are considered as missed lessons and the same make-up lesson policy applies.
In the unlikely event that the instructor has to cancel a lesson (scheduling conflict, extenuating circumstances, severe weather, etc.), the instructor will either work with you to reschedule the lesson as soon as possible, or the lesson fee will be refunded, whichever is preferred.
